order cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once processing has begun, cancellation may not be guaranteed.

• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
   
• Items must be unused, unassembled (if applicable), and in original packaging.
   
• Once received and inspected, approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
   
• At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. You’re welcome to place a new order once your return is approved.
   

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

While rare, we understand that shipping issues can happen and we’re committed to resolving them quickly.

• Claims for damaged or defective items should be submitted within 2 days of delivery to ensure timely resolution.
   
• To help us assist you efficiently, we may request photos of the item and its packaging along with a brief description of the issue.
   
• Once reviewed, we aim to process damage claims within 3–5 business days.
   

For quality control and safe handling, damaged item returns must be collected from the original delivery address. Items moved to a different location may not be eligible for return.

Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval cannot be credited.
